8th Ed. moving out of a building

1 question on moving out of buildings. what if an enemy unit is within 1" of a building and the occupants would like to move out of the building? do I need to place them somewhere, where the 1" apart placement will be possible? what if the building is surrounded, so that it is not possible to place the unit without violating the 1" rule? are they stuck inside then?

I thought i rember som ewierd rule about being able to move out of a building in any direction....

I think it would be the same as fleeing through an enemy. A dangerous terrain test (remove the 1s-casualties) and then place them 1 inch beyond the enemy. Not sure if that is right.

Also, if the move from the building was a fleeing move, I think the above is the way to do it. If they are surrounded and want to voluntarily move, I would think it would work the same way.
