I know there have been a lot of these ideas, and some of the lores that I've seen have been pretty interesting but I came up with my own idea that I thought would be pretty interesting.
What about, if instead of having to choose all your spells from 1 single lore a Slann, being the true masters of all magic, could instead choose to roll each spell against any magic lore. e.g. you could roll 1 dice against each of Fire/Life/Light/Death and get 1 spell from each?
I think this would be pretty cool and could make some very interesting combinations. You could also say that if you choose to make him a Loremaster he can choose any "level 1" spell, any "level 2" spell and so on. I was thinking that instead of a lore attribute we could have "The Focused Rumination" as I think it is fair to say that 90% of players always take this and the attributes as they stand really need all the spells to come from 1 lore.
You could even expand it to include the lores that are army unique, but that might be taking it a little far.
What do people think? Personally I'd be very happy if they gave us this in our next book.
