I have been working on my lizardmen army since christmas (which seems ages ago) and since then i have done quite alot so i have decided to do a post about all of what ive done. Since Xmas ive played 2 games and won both of them and they where both up against my friend (who dosent actualy play warhammer) Who used my o&g 
these are pics of my army so far
this is my salamander that i finished today, i like the burnt bush and the ruins
pictures of my kitbashed scarvet and his cold one, i made the biger blades of gras on his base with green stuff the more observent amongst you will know that col ones come with plastc grass atached to their feet

my converted chameleon skinks this was the first ever time i used green stuff
my skinks and a bit of my EotG
i think i might do this again in march maybe ( im busy through Febuary with school) i think ill start my cold ones from the battalion next then some terridons hope you like it
