Blog My re-entry into the Lizard domain

Your models are lovely. I would never have know you had any hand tremors had you not mentioned it in your posts. You lines are very neat and clean even if they aren't super fine.

The level of detail is superb, especially on the feather headdress of the starpriest!

Thanks again guys, appreciate the comments a lot :) By the end of the month I'm hoping to have 3 ripperdactyls and 8 saurus warriors done

Failcast strikes again, meet Toothless, the angry Razordon that is forced to be a vegetarian when that's really not his thing.

Also seems to believe he's standing on an invisible rock ( foot turned 45 degree upwards in some mysterious and impressive way, how their molds manage to do this is pretty baffeling to me! )

The foot thing is easily corrected, the teeth though.... I would honestly contact GW about it.

Good work Tarash! Your army is really coming along! If you'll allow me to give one point of criticism, I'd say that your bases are taking away from your paint jobs!

Hobby stores actually have some cheap material and sometimes the natural world can give you some resources too. What you have now definitely works, but it seems like you have the skills to do a little more. It's 100% a personal preference but for center pieces like your awesome EOTG I think the mono-static grass is detracting from your hard work!

You can get a lot down with some cork and sand. I even use some tree bark! Keep up the good work!!

My last purchase got the same issue about the foot.
I think the cause must be some pollution by skaven...

Wow that is terrible.

I have had a terrible time trying to cast teeth before, but then again I cast minis with mold material I buy cheap from the internet, with no special machinery to pump the resin into the molds. The fact that a big company is having problems like that is pretty terrible. I would definitely try to get a new one.
