if engine of the gods is the general then you have to have the thunder lizard command trait. also you must have the thunder lizard artefact meaning you only get 1 extra. cant have itxi grubs and the retrices.

Ixti grubs is a poor artefact, since it doesn't contribute to your army. Healing 1 wound per hero phase won't save your slann, if someone wants them dead badly. TQTL really needs aetherquartz brooch to spam Trove of the Old One technology.

And what is the points of Ark Bastiladon? It is strictly worse then solar one.
