Nearly completed a SC of Seraphon ready for the first part of Malign Portents, just need to do the Saurus's bases
Then it will be onto thinking whether to add a Stegadon, Saurus Guard or Rippers while I wait for Lord Oridinator to come, stuck with painting him for this....

Do you have a list to use the Lord-Ordinator with yet? Or is he just mandatory for painting?

Yeah we don't have any war machines and that's where his strength lies. I guess he is wasted points in a Seraphon list. :(

Still in this deep debate over getting other company miniatures for the undead bird army, I see some nice ones but they will only end up being a decorative thing, don't know what to do.

Update: Just also took a picture of the Chaq'Kai and posted the entry online, the photo just never does them justice, can hardly see the Carno's piercing gaze... Spent ages trying to get it right

Lord Oridinator built and Rippers built, just need wait for spraying.
Need to think of what to work on after this, got the undead birds for painting, Skaven... a lot to work on. Got even on the Skaven and Undead birds for painting. Malign Portents going on at the moment and I just remembered what colour/theme scheme I was going to paint my Skaven. Always get caught up with thoughts and I'm just slow to keep up.

Nice work! The carnosaur-rider is very unique and nicely painted! Looks fierce with that under-jaw bone armor!

Thanks!

Thought I will take a copy of the sheet and fill it out, great way of keeping track what I have done.
Here is what I have done far this year, the next few miniatures on the list is what I am currently working on, depends if I fully fill out the achievements bit at the bottom.

With the Ordinator being painted at the moment, Ripper primed and ready. Slow work on the rats. Then BAM! Another colour scheme idea for the Lizards, it just never stops. Depends if I ever want to go with it but it would seem interesting to try and recreate. I will have to have a think first, maybe do a test model.
Need to pick the pace up a bit to keep up with my mind.

Love that line:

'Need to pick the pace up a bit to keep up with my mind'

:)

It's a truthful line that one, I can't seem to keep up with my mind sometimes, get these ideas that when I do eventually get around to it. It just goes away and sometimes they seem good ones. If only.

Thanks!

I was looking at your "paint hammer" page again, seems like a really great record to keep track of your forward progress through the year! I do something similar with books I read during the year (goal is 2 per month, so far I am on track), so I think doing something like this for minis is a great idea too!
