Got some WIP of the skin so far for the undead birds, only have these four going so far as the others still need green stuff to fill the gaps on the neck.

Now it's a debate whether to leave the skin as is, light highlight, light drybrush or shade the recesses one more time.

Those are some creepy little dudes

Looks good! Like plucked chicken...

:D They do!

Finished Troglodon! I keep forgetting to take more pics when I take the main one for the Malign Portents, so there is just this one for now.

Took so many pics to get this right.
Next is trying to finish the four undead birds, then there is the others to prime and paint also. Carrying on putting the Bloodletters together, had some major thought on their bases, enchanted earth would be an interesting one to do but I remembered the whole MediEvil 2 and the Cathedral Spires having the flying demons. Possibly having to do the mix of Haunted Ruins and the Cathedral.
Hmmmmm it's a hard choice. Depends if I want to add the demon from MediEvil 2, use a BloodThirster to represent him

That looks especially awesome
Indeed

Many thanks!
Did do some touch ups, looks less like a Pug now.
Used to sculpting that small bit but it's working small and with green stuff that makes it tougher.
Little toad sitting on a pedestal

Some nearly finished undead birds, just need the bases done. Still have others to paint but decided to do them in small batches.

Still thinking about the weapon swaps for the other Seraphon army, make it look like they are more of the scavenging type, but not sure if it will be just frustrating though.

Are the heads Tzaangor heads by any chance?

Love the work you’ve done on them - the flesh looks really realistic.

They remind me a lot of the Ankle-Slicers from the white witch’s army in the first Narnia film, only a lot bigger (the Ankle-Slicers are only a foot tall), with the black beaks on the pallid flesh.

In fact if you gave them Hormagaunt talons they would look like massive Ankle-Slicers.

Yep they are Tzaangor heads, just without the horns. I will need to look at the Ankle-Slicers, don't ever recall them from the film but then it was a long time ago

Many thanks!
