Need help with sheilds

hello all iam having trouble choosing a contrasting colour for my sheilds my scheme is a medium tan body with dark blue scales i cant post picks at the moment but the scheme is very similar to these tryanids http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqOowCEJNew any help would be great thank you

Maybe Green would be alright. Orange would contrast the blue, but it might blend in with the tan too much.

Dark brown wouldn't look too out of place.
