Need help with stegadon Conversion

I was hoping to hear if anyone has any tips (or possibly a tutorial) on how to build/convert a stegadon platform to be able to switch between the giant blowpipes and the engine of the gods using only one stegadon kit. Thanks in advance for any tips and advice.

So I can't offer any advice on how to do it personally. But, if you search YouTube for a video called "Lizardmen centerpiece candy" by BlueTablePainting you can scroll to the 4:30 mark and watch the section on stegadons to see the result of their magnetization. It's not how-to, but it could help seeing the end results.

I am currently working in mine, and so far y can change between the giant bow and the front decoration for the engine of the gods perfectly.

I migth post more pictures when i am done but here is one in advance
