@ravagekitteh not too sure on the rules of cross alliance ally stuff, I kind of went along the lines of - they have lost touch with their cousins and no longer see them as kin due to disagreements, but being friends could work too :D

@little-myth thanks, indeed, I’m all for beasties! Went along the lines of - reduced magics input to be replaced by brawn in the shape of dinos.

Looks good. Would like to see the mini's produced for sale too, provided they differ from the source lizards.

You can judge for yourself (once I’ve made them) :)
I intend to remodel the basic troops as well (they aren’t written up there as they will mostly act the same) but look wise I was going to go for stouter, short tailed, baggy skin, no armoured plates just leathery hides and weapons as above.

I would definitely play it, as it's a different flavoof lizardmen, especially as a destruction army, that would let them use different abilities.

One thing i'm not too fond of, is the fact that you tend to replicate imo a little too much the actual seraphon units or some of the already existent abilities.
I would cut some (not all of them, obviously) of the duplicated units (sunder lizards?), leaving space to what gives them a truly different approach (Greater bloat toads)

love the totems and the magic :)

Thanks :) wanted to give them an on field terrain thingy - since the other armies seem to be getting them ;D totems just felt right.
For the Sunder lizard I basically wanted to make a big salamander :D (a decent looking one) but if you have a decent replacement suggestion I am all ears :) (wanted a ranged unit really)

    I've got a couple.

One is a variant of the Bone breaker chariots (which you will leave, this is just a different type). Avoid the armoured part, make it more agile and put a mini-balista on it, as the giant bow on stegadons, for d3 dam. Say that is poisoned with scorpions' venom and with a 6+ to wound the opponent cannot roll for saves.

And the other one is a missile weapon option for the Saurus brutes or the Sun Blessed. Some javelin spear-sized with -1 rend and 2 flat damage.

Hmmm a ranged weapon on the sun blessed could be cool - instantly pictured a massive (old school looking) bow being drawn with a spear like arrow in it lol - or yeah just belting a big old javelin could work (very ogresk)

As for the ballista I like it but did introduce that into the ‘comet of rai’ model :)
But I could have an adapted chariot - maybe even as simple as a sun blessed hurling javelins? Or snakes you say...dropping off pythons lol ?

Haha I did write undead versions of the lizards up first but changed my mind (mostly because you guys where going that route) they differ greatly from those above :D

Might make a few zombie versions for poops n giggles, could be cool :)

Some nice ideas in there. Not sure how balanced those abilities would be though, that's always hard to tell.

That big flying beast's description sounded to me like basically a Saurus Oldblood riding a four-winged Maw-Krusha, which is pretty rad.
Overall their savage character sounds pretty Ork-y to me. Basically those Lizards of yours would be to Seraphon what Bonesplitterz are for Ironjawz or Greenskinz it seems.

I would probably not play that army because it works against my favoured play styles (I like magic, and that very organized approach of the Seraphon), but it does sound interesting and pretty cool.

Thank you for your opinions :)
(I also prefer to go magic/summoning) but I also love a good monster or twelve lol.
Everyone has their own style I guess (some people even like dwarves) ‘appologies’ ;P

    Sure!
I enjoy looking at the fluff and playing against other people's armies that work like that. My friend plays Ironjawz and Bonesplitterz and that brutish savage style is really cool.

Those armies lack some decent shooting (that's even more true for minotaurs, which they may be chaos but are structured as a typical destruction army). It's just melee with poor missile weaponry.
To have big brutes that run toward you, throwing also volleys of bis spears (trunk-sized) could be pretty fun and also effective

I think it would be cool to have short ranged shooting for such brutish units.
I imagine them running toward the enemy screaming, then on short distance launching their javelins, and then crashing into the enemy lines disrupted by the javelins.
...and in fact that was a viable tactic in real life, and not by brutish savages, but by Roman imperial troops. That's what their pila were for ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilum ). They were thrown at 10-15m, perhaps 20m, and the enemy had to deal with the pila being stuck in their shields, which lowered the usability of said shields.

You could also make a nice gameplay mechanic out of that:
Ranged attack with 8" range, and when a unit (doesn't have to be the one throwing the javelins) charges an enemy that was hit by that shooting attack in the preceding shooting phase, then it reduces the save of the hit unit by one.
That could make you bring javelin-skirmishers for support.

I like it - ok so huge javelin throwers are being added ;D
Anything else people would like to see?
