Hello Everyone!
I've been a long time TT gamer and RPG'er and have once again started to play Gamesworkshop again after a 10 year break.
I already had Dwarfs way back in 6E so I have only played with them in 8E. I def feel like im missing out on a lot of fun with magic and movement phases lol... So the closest I could come up with that would be a riot to play on the table with mutiple build styles was the Lizards.
I have so far ordered a batallion box and 1 box of saurus warriors.
We have agreed to play 1500 pts for the first little while for me to come to grips with this army.
I doubt right off the bat I will be fielding a Slann so I am looking for some options for Heroes etc right now..
I am most likley going to be the guy who buys multiples of everything as this army seems to be able to be played so differently each time.. I love the Terradons, Carnosaurs and the Stegadons. So im sure Ill be trying them all out as fast as possible.
I am just working on CORE right now and am thinking of 2 blocks of Saurus with HW/S and some skinks running around with blow pipes.
I know this next piece of info will make some people cringe but I already have the colour theme picked out and is will be a pinky purple. =] Yeah I know they are supposed to be Blue but I am really trying to make this army my way.
So be prepared to put up with my noobness when i post my List ideas up for critique... Im sure I will make MANY mistakes in my selections =]
