How about conversions? I'm working on Skink Zombies and it'd be convenient if the contest coverd something I was doing anyway. Not that my work holds a candle to some of the regulars here.

Conversions are always fine! Anything painted.

I just noticed that my Chaos BSB is exactly 200 points. He will be my entry if it goes to 200 points.

with the conversions though i'd recommend one or two larger point models to get to 200 - rather than a truckload of skinks.

And yeah strewart it looks like we'll go with 200 points min. judging by the response we'll get a few more entries.
 
I`m in. I have got some saurus, some chamelenos and some CoC. I will probably make it to 250-300.
 
Count me in, I have a large block of Saurus I'd like to get finished that I'm pretty sure is at least 200 points.
 
I got tons o skinks that need painting. They are only based white and a little yellow so far.
 
So can I paint 2-300pts but spread across different armies? :D Currently on my "to paint" list is a unit of Wolf Riders, a unit of Hormogaunts, a unit of Genestealers and a few random Lizardmen. ;) If not that's cool, I might paint up my Stegadon instead, as most the other things I have to paint are all low cost units which would take tons to reach 200pts (40 Hormagaunts? no thanks :jawdrop: )

The original idea was all points come from the same army.
But, give the Hormagaunts Adrenal Glands and Toxin sacs - total 10 pts per model that way; only 20 required for 200. Same with the Genestealers, Adrenal Glands and Toxin Sacs bring their value up to 20 ea, only 10 required for 200. :)
 
So the final choice is any GW army or range, between 200-300 though it must be the same army?

When do we start and what are the rules? (take some pictures of undercoated models or some such?) I was wanting to get to painting some of these 'nids soon ;)

i know that if i read all the topic i will find it, but when must we submit photo of the finished model?
 
I think the competition was going all of april, so end of april.

This sounds brilliant, I think i've got a unit of 10 Night goblins kicking around here, if I give them 3 fantatics and full command that's gonna be close to 200 right?...apparently not hehe. Guess I'll add in a Night Goblin shaman.
