New player, escalation league, 1500 pts in two months

Woah, how've I missed this thread? Great looking army, the units go together really well. The standard in the saurus matching their shields pulls it together nicely.
 
Well progress has been slow, but I have finished my Slann!
10 pts to whoever can guess the name of my Slann and his little pink lizard buddy.

One of the many distractions, I recently finished a small commision painting. I painted 20 salamander marines in one week. With that money, I ordered two Salamanders (lizardmen). HA, salamanders for salamanders!

Up next on my plate is a toss-up between painting thousand sons for 40k and finishing my skinks and salamanders.

Slann looks great. Maybe a final extra highlight on the horns would be good? How come the pictures you posted are so small this time? It's hard to make out detail.

Also, the frog butt clearly makes or break a model. :P

Looking back at the slann, I agree. I could do a little bit more highlighting on the horns. I tried wetblending from dark grey up to light grey, but maybe my final color should be white.
I also want to add a little bit more detail to pinky.

I had to put this model down as I was trying to touch it up too much and kept screwing things up. So I called it done and posted it here for feedback.
