Another good listen - interesting to hear breakdowns from tournament players. Some of the problems I faced vs certain armies previously seemed in part due to my relative lack of experience or grasp of mechanics. Interested for more unit breakdowns and tactics in the future!
the next EP should be a in depth guide to units the jobs they do and list writing. we are still working on it but i hope to see you there
Both the latest episode and Erta’s appearance on rantcast were very fun and informative. Keep up the good work!
if you have question for me or wizard leave them here or in the comments we will try to fit them in the next ep.
Another enjoyable and constructive listen! It was great to get an insight into how you approach list building from the ground up taking into account the various factors you discussed!
Thanks for another very insightful video. One of my biggest weaknesses in playing a strategy game... is thinking strategically. Most of this was over my head to a certain extent, but interesting nonetheless.
Maybe this is already in the pipeline but could you do an episode dedicated to deployment? Like an Idiots guide to deployment/deployment 101 etc. Considering things like: How to deploy to counter opponents units reactively? Proactively having a deployment strategy for each particular battle-plan. How to effectively strike a balance between the two? Which of our units are well suited to the various roles? Deploying units to draw attention away from your game plan. Other general deployment tips and tricks.
im afraid i don't have a back door you'll have to come through the front not as creepy but you work with what you have
These are definitely things I would love to discus. I think have a strong grasp on how any particular list is intended to play is an crucial step to understanding how to alter or build your own army.
