AoS NEW *rumor*

they desided it didn't matter for nagash any more despite the fact that it was him spamming arcane bolt that created the rule of one in the first place.o_O
sigh... well at least maybe they'l finally let go off the rule of one completly then and instead ensure that spamming spells simply isn't superpowerfull...

Both Arkhan and Nagash can now multicast both shield and bolt.

Because why not? :banghead:
meh, I'm not even against multicasting spells. The issue is that Nagash has his stupid +3 to cast & 8 freaking spellcasts. Which all but guarantees he can delete anything with 10 wounds or less & no ward-save without a care in the world with arcane bolt. Which will always be super powerfull no matter how expensive Nagash ends up being. Even if he's expensive and doesn't kill his own points worth in models, the fact that he can just straight up delete crucial supporting units, or the occasional terrifying monster, at range easily hamstrings whatever army he faces. And that's ignoring every single other ability & stat he has.

On a minor sidenote, why can Nagash get an updated warscroll but literally everything else has to make due with F.A.Q's errata's and another 1000 different pdf's...

wut? what happened to the rule of 1?

He has an ability which allows him to cast arcane bolt and mythic shield any number of times in the same hero phase (of course, depending on how many spells he can cast based off his table). Kind of similar to how Kroaky boii can cast Celestial Deliverance 3 times.

If I was facing Nagash, I don't know if this would work but I would bring so many Terradons in the battalion that I would delete him the second I could. Yes, the 50% mortal wound negation is huge, but when you're dumping potentially 21 Terradon worth of rocks and those juicy fire bola's. Again, no idea if it would work, but it is what I would do.

That, or, bring Gotrek.

If your opponent isn't extremely careless he will screen Nagash with Skeleton Warriors or something to prevent that.

Terranadons can fly over them
That depends on where you can drop them. If you position the screen correctly they cannot, as it would require more movement than they have.

(I love to use Terradons, but after the second or third time I bombed something into oblivion my buddy realized how to screen against that, and it is often surprisingly easy).
