AoS NEW *rumor*

Ideally it would be like a dual kit.. plastic dread and maybe some other Dino from the lore.

I still think they need new showpieces to attract sales by those that Won't replace existingmodels with plastic versions. Like if you love your 6e slann, why update to the new one?
But something cool that would excite ppl could entire more ppl to just get it since it's new.

Those skink raptor things imho don't look that good. But the most important is probably the saurus cav. Omg the current ones look painfully bad. It's an insult to models how bad they look. Even if no one buys them, they need to get new ones on the gw site just to erase any reference to the old ones.

Surely the new slann is a MUST-have as the older model uses a way smaller base + palanquin. I think we have more centerpieces than any other army already right? Kroak, Carnosaur/trog, Eotg, new slann.

The only thing I'm waiting on is new cold ones but I think the new raptordons look great, besides the elite versions weapon option.

See I didn't count the carnosaur and steg cause after they came out... 2009 and 2014 releases iirc,in that era is when other armies got the larger monsters on that new base size. The bigger rectangle.

Are we talking fantasy or AoS though?

Alot of factions only have 1 monster set/centerpieces in AoS. Fyreslayers, Flesh eaters etc.

Good point I generally think of it more in a lore/theme sense. Ie. Chaos makes the most sense to have the craziest stuff due to demons, mutations etc. Maybe skaven next? Lizards should just have moar dinos :p they are basically dinos riding dinos hehe

Random thought, what if Temple Guard became an upgrade kit for saurus warriors, heads, halberds and maybe shield difference otherwise they are virtually the same.

Also leaves a bigger opening for more units to replace the slot, guard would have otherwise taken.

Just a thought.

I might have said this before but I'd want the guard to have slightly bigger bodies and more gold details on them than what warriors have.
 
I could see the size thing but I think the new saurus have alot more gold details in the new sculpts, more than the original guard at least.
