AoS NEW *rumor*

Hard to comment on the coalesced or constellations until we see how they play out.

An interesting inference to me is that ‘how to make an army of just Stegadons’ suggests that they consider EOTG ‘Stegadons’ too. You’d need at least one ‘Hero’.
So, potentially, engines could also be Battleline?
 
Anybody notice the strange bastiladon with what looks like an engion of the Gods on it's back hidden away in one of the new art? Probobly not a new model but would be a cool conversion.
Edit : could just be the top of our terrain piece as well. But I swear that looks like the back of a bastiladon...

Yeah, I already get it. Thanks! But in AoS rules I think Scaly skin should be FnP of some sort.
For information, I never played WFB and the only thing, that bring me to AoS is Warhammer Total War:D

Ya your probobly right. I just noticed it didn't look like anything else I've seen from lizardmen and since I never owned any of the end times books I assumed it was new arrt from the new book. Sorry ><

I am not speaking to the speculation of abilities that people are just guessing at, they are welcome to enjoy their fun. its the nay sayers and doomsday speakers lol. we legitimately cannot get worse... GW knows this lol

Finally we can forget Order Demons that created out of memories. To be honest, this is almost exactly what I imagined for my own lore, especially after MP short story.

Went to Mexico for the weekend and came back to the pre-order announcement. How fitting and joyous, haha!!

Glad to see we got a snippet of lore, but I'm a bit peeved we only got one new piece of art with it; the one with a lizzie temple in what looks like Chamon (least I think that's new lol). So looking forward to the rules preview now. I too am curious as to how they're going to "sub-faction" us down: with four sub-factions being the running norm, I'm curious if they'll have two coalesced & two starborne; one skink-based and the other saurus-based. Guessing the all Steggie list will be a battalion. This is all speculation of course so, yeah lol.

Regardless, just a day or two for rules sneak peek and a few more after that for the review vids from YoutTubers/bloggers and whatnot! Whoooooo!!!

It very much looks like the revification crystal variant that the total war: warhammer game has.

That's the only ability that interacts with random terrain pieces that's actually interesting. If it's similar to that in scope & effect it'd be fine. Especially if it also has some other secondary effects, given that a faction terrain piece IMHO should be more impactfull than 1 potential general trait of 1 specific subfaction out of many. But I worry it'l be more like a knight heraldor's thunderblast. Which is usefull, but wholly unexciting, hence; worried but curious :p

It looks like the revification crystal you can have in total war. No idea if it's an invention by CA or if it existed already in WFB. But it could easily be made into an alternative build for the bastiladon with minimal effort, just slightly alter the solar engine. Would be an easy way to score a "new" model for GW.

I liked being daemons... the literal good guys in the super faction "order" that has been lacking some serious "good" for a while lol
