Am currently 20 points over based on the new points cost Am looking for some help with a Thunder Lizard idea. Personally,if i can dodge named characters I'd love it. Welcome! Cool list. With the new points coming out uou have to do some reworking like all of us. If running TL with areas one Solar Basti I'd suggest the Skink Priest to give it +1 to hit at least. I would also recommend using bows over the flamethrowers on the Stegs. In theory the flamethrowers sound cool but in reality are not so good. Warriors are good in blocked of 30 when buffed by support heroes, otherwise I'd try to save them for summoning im groups of 10 from the Engine of the Gods. You could replace them with Saurus Knights batteline, they are capable screen and have a decent weight of non-rend attacks. Someone far better than I may be along to advise further but hope this helps!
