Thanks @Crowsfoot . It takes me a bit longer because I am not all that skilled at painting, but I keep working at it to produce the best results I possibly can. I'd rather paint 1 model at the limits of my skill level, than 100 models that are well below it. The difficulty I run into is the painting of an entire army. I will have to find shortcuts without having to sacrifice too much quality.

Your stuff is always fantastic. Obviously your commitment to painting and your constant practice of the craft have honed your fine skills. You set a great example for me to aspire to. Even on my own stuff, I've found that I have gotten better over time... my old work is pretty bad. I find that the stuff I am able to paint today is pretty good (while still possessing HUGE room for improvement), but it does take me longer than most people to achieve the effect.

Your old stuff isn't bad it's just your better now, I am trying to slow down and produce better questions but I find it very difficult to not speed through things.

Once I paint my 3 armies I shall devote lots of time on terrain

Gonna be a good looking unit! And finished in about a week... nice!

Also: you finished more models painting wise in the last few days, than you did in the time since I joined this board till this year's March!
