Ohhhh Shapeways Dinosaurs... :D

Nice! I'm wondering about making some of the Edaphosaurus into either sallies or maybe razordon. http://www.shapeways.com/model/1479645/edaphosaurus-1-35-scale.html?materialId=6

Nice!! I really like the spinosaurus. Might try a salamander conversion from Dark Elf cold ones and the spine from the old salamanders.

All really cool stuff!

Would the godzilla one be big enough for a dread saurian I wonder? I've never seen a dread in person so it's hard to judge how big it needs to be (other than massive)

I ordered a few of these in 1/40th and 1/72 scale to try out as an alternative razordon pack:

I'll be sure to post up some pics once I get a few of them painted and based.

If anyone has bought Shapeways before, what's the basic material like? Is it similar to GW plastics, or is it more rubbery?

spapeways is unique in that you can get a model made in many different materials.

Ranging from soft plastic to steel and ceramic. Usually you or going to want the detailed plastic,
or the ultra detailed frosted plastic, or possibly the strong and flexible.
