8th Ed. Old Kroq-gar

I am new to LM and have never actually used a carnosaur but i plan to. Are the new Carnosaurs bigger than Kroq-gar. By box size i wanna say they are. Because if they are my LGS is offering me a nice discount on the old Kroq Gar

The New Carnosaur model is indeed larger than the old one. Significantly so.

Significantly bigger, but you can still use the old model if you want.

They also come with different bases. Old model comes with a 50mm x 50mm base, new one is 50mm x 100mm. Some opponents will insist that you need to put the old model on a bigger base.

I was pretty sure it was too, but Hey if i just have to put the old one on a bigger base, whatever, thats what movement trays are for. Thanks guys.
