Is 423 points to much for a 2000 piont army list? I had kroq-gar before but he was too many pionts.

In the game me and my friend have running right now (normally do one game over two evenings) I have tried with 500 points lords and 500 points heroes.
1 OB on cold one, and one on arabyan carpet.
2 SC on cold ones
2 skink priests
That game is also 2000 its.
