I recently fought a Wood Wolf player last week and depending on exactly what your facing holds the key. Although for me, I fielded a buffed up Slann thouh I did take a Scar-Veteran to be a JSoD. If he takes nothing BUT archers, you definately want your saurus to be Huanchi or Quetzl with some skink screens...but back to the Oldblood. In my opinion, I'd be careful when choosing attacks as your key. Although you already wound on a 2+ against the elves, keep in mind many Elves have ridiculous WS and if any Dyards or other Tree-like beings get close to that Oldblood, they're a threat. A Dyrad would wound on a 5 and hit on a 4, not to mention they have ward saves in combat, and if there's a Treeman or Treekin, your Oldblood, even with ridiculous amounts of attacks, will more then likely die before he can strike cause Saurus have a pathetic movement of 4. So, before condeming your Oldblood to an easy position to mowed down by shooting or squished by a Tree, consider your options. Cheers, -Dalkarius
