I'm thinking that for my New LM army I'm going to do a paint scheme very similar to my Alaitoc Eldar. Blue Skin with Yellow scales? This would be bright and vibrant colors to. A Tropical jungle feel. What do ya Think?

Sounds good.
Those colors go well together and have a nice contrast.

I would go for a white primer coat with these colors,
especialy if you want them to be bright.

Thanks for the Primer advice I never thought of looking at dart frogs either

The Dart frog pictured is exactally the coloration I am using for my Lizardmen as well. Black bodies with blue hands, yellow back scales and black spine spots. Perhaps 1 day I will get around to take a pic of them and posting for others to see. I think they look pretty sweet, only "criticism" I have gotten is they make people think of the Xmen.
