That looks sweet!
That looks sweet!

Talking of the new Empire of Dust models, the new Skeleton Warriors and Cavalry are now on Pre-Order, alongside the release of the much-anticipated Chariots (one horse on each Chariot is strange, but you get a whole Cavalry sprue's worth of horses so you get 2 extra in each kit, and if you're willing to sacrifice one Horseman/Horse Archer then you've got enough to outfit all 3 with 2 horses):

The Monolith (Which would simply make a decent scenery piece in a Warhammer Tomb King army):

And the Idol of Shobik, which would make an excellent Necrolith Colossus with two hand weapons (or a Heirotitan if you're willing to do some converting or Greenstuffing):

I'm rather concerned that there has been no sign of a set of Revenants for this release to replace the old set with oversized halberds, but the facemasked heads from the Cavalry set, plus the spears that have had the points cut off and replaced with some of the khopeshes would be enough to convert the ordinary Skeleton Warriors into Tomb Guard with Halberds, and you wouldn't even need to do any cutting up to make a unit with hand weapons and shields.
Also I don't know why Mantic stopped making the Revenant Champion/Standard Bearer on foot when they could have kept it alongside releasing the mounted one, but fortunately Tomb Heralds don't make many lists anyway.
No, it was due to they switched to using WEBP as the image format. The forum software did not support that with the proxy system (one of the things we use to store images on the server, to prevent images from failing in the future which is common on forums that just link directly after a few years). And @The Red Devil now I can't display any images from Mantic, does their site have the same issue as Forge World?

I took a look and changed the source code for the method, and it now supports WEBP. In the event the images has already been added to a post, it might take a few hours for them to show up, as the proxy will retry up to several times to download the image.
Nice looking tomb king alternative models!
And I really like the color pallette for those not-catachan jungle-nam human fighters, the green and purple makes me want to think up army schemes.
