IIRC that's the case, indeed... wasn't GW even advertising with it? Something like "...also a great addition to your forces in age of sigmar..."
Yeah, only the word "great" is rather exaggerated. I know the rules for the first SCE warband, the Sepulchural Guard and the Ironjawz guys, and they are pretty mediocre IMO.
Wife gave me a couple hours off this afternoon, so I got some rebasing finished. Now to just finish the models...
Going back to my Seraphon again. I finished rebasing an Oldblood on foot (on right), did a quick and dirty paint job on a razordon I've had sitting around forever (on left), and put a base coat and a wash on another unit that's been sitting on my painting stack for far too long.
Finished (mostly finished, actually) my first five orange Saurus Warriors. Now I just need to put finishing touches on five to fifteen more. I just have basing and shields left on these and maybe a wash or two. I'll probably stop working on this unit at that point and concentrate on a couple other squads. I'm thinking about adding an Engine of the Gods next, then getting to work on a squad of 40 warriors with spears. I've always preferred clubs, but see the point of warriors with spears in massive squads.
