Blog Phoenix's Conversions and Other Randomness

And now, some lore I made up to explain the changes to the Compendium units.

Some Seraphon who were once well-known champions, such as Tehenhauin, are near-forgotten by the Slann, who require an immense amount of focus to call them onto the battlefield, and even more so to reform the magic that makes up their bodies after they've been slain. As such, it is easiest for a Slann to summon them when they are combining their magic with the priests to call the Starhost into war. The Forgotten, as they are known, flicker in and out of reality sometimes, and appear uncanny to the rest of the Seraphon forces, who refuse to follow their commands out of mistrust, even if they were once well-respected generals in their mortal life.

Guys, I have no idea how to sculpt armor, and the sabertooth is already primed, so Battlecat will need to wait.
 
Now, a somewhat large update. First, the standard for my pack of cold ones, and the pack themselves.

Sorry about the crappy pictures. The unprimed headless guy is going to be painted in a ghostly scheme, and the cold one is hoing to be much darker then the rest.

The raptor. I'm trying to have the feathers a bluish-black, and it's going to be bright and colorful.

Last but not least, the sabertoothed Shadow, who I'm painting for my sister. I still need to finish the teeth, claws, and white fur. The fur is drybrushed, yet the pictures don't show it.
