7th Ed. Plaque of Tepok question

Hello everyone,

As a new comer to the world of fantasy, I was wondering how the plaque of Tepok actually worked when choosing the extra spell... can you pick any spell within the Lore after choosing your two?

As I see it you just get 1 extra spell with the normal rules to get it.

All the plaque of tepok does is allow you to roll for one more spell then your lvl normally allows...lvl 1 rolls 2 dice, getting 2 spells, lvl 2 gets 3 spells, and such...
