Good for him, and I agree with both of you that faction variety in your gaming group is great - the main reason I dislike the Horus Heresy :p

That was certainly a big factor for a long time, but the main reason I wasn't interested was because good Space Marines VS bad Space Marines is just so boring. I'm here for the aliens through and through, surely that's what sci-fi is all about?

Since we've had couple of larger sized disagreements as of late, it was time for a small reprieve. It's just the 1 in 100 chance rearing its head. Not to worry, we probably disagree on just about everything else 40k related (especially Necron lore, new versus classic). By tomorrow I'm sure we'll have a fresh new disagreement!
