Kids are more annoying when they are present. Cats are more annoying when they leave.

So a few years ago, I had the notion to leave my crappy apartment and rent a portion of a house.

I remember one house space for rent. Lots of space, good price, good location, smelled like cat pee from the previous tenets. I turned it down.

I like cats, but cat pee is one of the foulest substances occurring in nature.
