I thought that was a campaign poster for the dog who is mayor (there are actually a few dog mayors). The Constitution states that presidential candidates must be 35 and I don't think dog years count.

Anyway if I was campaign manager for Todd's mayoral campaign I would say "A good city needs a good boy." At rallies.

"Who's a good boy?"

Crowd "YOU ARE!"

"Who's a good city?"

Crowd "WE ARE!"
