I think you guys will only see more and more celebrities enter the political fray. Running for office is essentially a popularity contest and celebrities are popular. I'm not saying it is a good thing, but I can definitely see it going down that road.
I ended up going for Bruce Lee, as he’s supposed to be a martial artist and I’m going for my Black Belt in Taekwondo on Saturday - seems as good a reason as any With the whole political situation, I get the sense that while it likely is not a good thing, the mutated oompa-loompa May have opened the floodgates for dozens of other celebrities to gun for top spots. We seem to be relatively clear here in the UK, but chances are it will only be a matter of time and besides, with mutated frogs, a reanimated Victorian scarecrow, a crow in human form and a giant racist schoolboy all part of our political radar (and that’s just one side of the spectrum), frankly I don’t think we need them anyway!
Not to mention Archaon the Everchosen’s anti-Semitic Communist twin brother (Jeremy Corbyn) and Viceroy Nute Gunray’s cousin (Nicola Sturgeon)!
I am actually pretty shocked that it hasn't happened in Germany yet, but IIRC Italy already has a comedian leading a party in parliament. And in some African country (I think Liberia) a former professional soccer player (played for Paris among others) is president. But lets not forget that this isn't exactly new. Ronald Raegan was a well known actor before he became president of the USA.
Australia has its own annoying orange too, we got Clive Palmer, basically a carbon copy of Trump except he has a whole Palmer Party, is more blatantly evil and is best buds with the guy who runs some of the biggest media outlets. He even copied MAGA and has "Make Australia Great" billboards. Thankfully though Aussie politics is pretty good at keeping celebs out unless they are actually good at the job (see Peter Garrett)
I'd go with Bruce Lee or Dwayne Johnson. Probably The Rock. Bruce Lee: The Game of Death (sigh…) Arnold Schwarzenegger: Hard call between Conan, Predator and Terminator 2. I would go for Conan. Sylvester Stallone: Rambo (the original one, 1982) Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson: Jumanji
I chose the Rock as my mentor (as he's ripped, actually quite funny and at least seemingly a really nice guy). T2 is the winner of the movies for me. Hands down. Absolutely awesome.
Exactly this Favorite movies: Bruce Lee: I haven't any of his movies Arnold Schwarzenegger: Terminator Sylvester Stallone: Rocky Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson: Jumanji Grrr, Imrahil
