Ok awhile ago I glued kroq gar together with abit of trouble but finally did it. I was about to prime it the other day and i noticed that the left side of his face is messed up , cant see the teeth detail due to a build of of glue. Is there anyway to sort this out ?

If its just glue, you should be able to chip/scrape it off with a hobby knife. Usually it will come off pretty cleanly. Superglue solvents are also readily available.

If it is epoxie, it may be a lot tougher - you may have to essentially carve the details back in.

If it's superglue and chipping off with a knife is not an option or you are afraid you might nick the model in the process, try soaking the mini in acetone (nail polish remover) for a day and then scrubbing with hot water and soap and an old toothbrush. This is advice for metal models, btw. Don't soak plastic in acetone!
