Love them! I personally have four wizards on foot. Gotta love the Empire Wizards kit, one of my favorites out of the entire GW range.

Well, I can only advise as to 8th rules, but in that game, if going magic heavy, I'd use as many as 4 Lv1's and a single Lv4, but some of those Lv1's would include Vampires as well. You're probably good for now.
The more lizards in your home, the better the atmosphere. So no paint update but I have built the endless spells and bought another Basilidon and 3 rippers for the 2nd Seraphon army i'm building.
Considering selling my woogity Krox as I have never played them and I don't want to spoil the square bases, decision to be made.

I’ll sacrifice my firstborn for them - once it’s out, anyway.

And if you decide to sell woogity's Krox, I know I for one would love to get my sticky rat-lizard paws on them.
I dig the Gravetide, nice colors!
Pink flames on the Gnashing Jaws? Yeah why not. Makes it look Tzeentch-ish.
Damn! You are the master of the paints aren't you.
I'm pretty artistically challenged, so my plan is to go with as basic color schemes as possible and likely forgo shading etc. We'll see how things turn out.
If my ability actually improves, I can see how you can get into making every detail perfect. Right now, I simply don't have the talent.
Pretty much this.Everyone has the talent, it's just how quickly you grasp the painting.
Your goal is base coat, shade, drybrush and that will give you great looking models from there we will develop your skillset and before you know it you'll be painting details.
Ask @tom ndege @Aginor what 12 months can do
I consider myself not very talented either, but practice helps to overcome some of those limitations.
