The bonsai tree is on Teclis/big beastie base. The hammer looks increasingly likely to be a light-elves weapon.
I heard that before, but think it is a different one. The tree looks somewhat similar, but the Rumour Engine has 2 times 3 clusters of leaves and this model just 1 time 3. Also the model has the tree on stone with runes and the Rumour Engine clearly hasn't. Unless it is at the backside of the base... but that side is still a mystery Grrr, Imrahil

I'm wondering if these two are just going to be 'exclusive' character models, because Ossiarch had their full release way back in October/November, so this must be just an individual character model otherwise they would have released it with the main release, and GW release loads of individual pointless Stormcast characters just because they can for store openings and stuff.
I added the latest(last week) Rumour Enigine: 21 April: This was already partially discussed at the New Rumor thread. My first thought was Idoneth Deepkin, but with the latest trend of keep revealing new armies, one after the other, this could also be a Pirate-Grot army. Grrr, Imrahil
I added this one to the list: It might very well be Seraphon also because of the feathers in the bottom. My first thought was of a Skink priest with feathered cloak. we'll see(hopefully soon) Grrr, Imrahil
