Just back building and painting WH after a break of almost 20 years. Decided seraphon to start with. Really into them and looking forward to the challenge of collecting amd playing with them. But for the life if me im getting bugged by the add on accessories for saurus knights. What are the little mini snake things and where would they go? Cant seem to find any pictures online of any cold ones with riders using this piece. Any help please appreciated!

NIGHTBRINGER will probably greet you with a Star Wars gif in not too long
The snakes is just to spice up the base if you want.
Alternatively they could be used to make jungle swarms if you were to play old school fantasy.

the snakes actually used to be a unit that no longer has a points value in Matched play but is still useable in narrative or WHFB play. they are the "Celestial Swarms" models. here is the free public PDF pamphlet that has the old models warscrolls (but no points costs) as well as the counts as models list for converting lizardmen to Seraphon

They actually do have point values you can use in the warscroll builder. If you go under lizardmen to add units you can add celestial swarms as battleline. They are not incredible but they do cause a decent road block .

warscroll builder is known to "find" points for things that haven't had any assigned to them officially. id be skeptical about that cost and their use in Matched play games

Fair enough, my guess then is to probably ask the person in charge and your opponent if it is ok to use them
