Hey guys it finally looks like I found a way to make this scarvet look half-decent.
Now to upgrade the rider. Will update as it progresses.

Took a cold one with its mouth open.
Chopped of the top part.
Razordon head attached and done
It is a big improvement. Does a good job enfiercening the critter.

Subspecies name: Razored One [?]
 
Simple but effective. A nice conversion of what is otherwise a bit of a dated model. Now if something can be done about those front claws!
 
Not when you compare them to their Dark Elf cousins. That's why I like this conversion... it breathes a bit of life into a dated sculpt.
Well true, the dark elf ones are great en masse, where ours are simply cool
 
Well it seems to me. I shall use the scarvet model, swapping his weapon out for the warblade. Dino will have orange bottom and red to black fade for scales. Gonna start painting tonight.
