Thanks Bowser and Bracnos for the positive feedback! Nice to hear that my paint job pleases someone other than myself too :>
Good that I haven't painted my priest with cloak of feathers yet... Will put it in a corner of my racks and first touch it when I can paint it like that!
How many feathers are there? Did you do them by your self?!
Wow! What a troglodon! And nice snake!![]()

It's been a while again, and I have been working with a lot of projects and painting, but not so long ago I got an inspiration to convert my old special character idea. So I did! He's my own beauty, Itza Chaq Khanx, my meditative genius of doom and twisted destiny. You can find his short story from Lizardmen Fluff.
Anyway, here he is, please tell me what do you think

Very niceespecially your freedom of experimentation with colour schemes and that very smooth looking troglo.. As for your next move, i may have missed it but it seems like your terradons are yet unpainted... How about them ?
You have created some amazing stuff! Really psychedelic feather patterns you have painted, quite a blast of color on every feather! But you have pulled it off really well, it doesn't overwhelm the models for me at all, in fact it enhances the whole piece! Troglodon is great, but I really love your skink priest and your colorful Chakkax, very unique takes on both models!
Also this guy:
THAT is something you done see everyday, when I first saw the picture I could have sworn the moderators were pulling another april fools joke on us and the Tyrannids from 40K had somehow launched an invasion of Lustria. Very unique addition, I will now be going to learn about his secrets in your fluff thread. Thanks for the beautiful inspiration!
awesome work, really good paint jobs!
Only beef I have with them is that they appear (chakax and priest) a little too busy with colours.
As for the Troglodon, the priest riding it would benefit from a different colour scheme and the claws of the Troglodon aswell (more grey?)
I really like the vibrant colours! Your Tehenhauin looks fantastic! Incredible work on both of these!
I thought the exact same thing!!My only regret is that I can only like your post once.
