Gimmie an Engine War wizard. I want to see as many EotG and casters as we can stomach. Just for the possible Sauras MsU spam.

The Hunting Pack list is lovely trollish, very nice. Gotta finally convert some Salamanders after all. After doing 9 Terradons and 50 more Skinks.

    I hate you now :p

Thank you as always for your work @LizardWizard ! I am worried with for our new Trog, that he may not feature until there are some points or rules changes but let's see!

Yeah, for 260 I cant see a reason to not bring a Slann instead. Unless the spell sell for d3 CCP stacks and he can also give his up, but even then it is a steep price.

Trog seems expensive, hopefully he goes down to 180. That seems more reasonable a cost to me than 220...

All the better to return to sub 200 point values!

Yeah, 220 would seem fine. Specially when you consider that a Sorc Lord on Manticor is about the same price. The Trog is about 40 points worth less killy inmo.

Well you could make the argument that the additional melee power and hit points for the Trog are worth the CP farm + spells compared to a Slann, but the problem is that the Slann command traits and artifacts tip the scale too much in his fat direction.

Trog is decent enough for regular games I guess.

Thank you very much for your job! I can't describe, how much I appreciate it. I know, I already said the same in KillerAngel's thread, but it is truth!

But is sad to see, that the new tome is about limits. One of the reasons why I started seraphon is beacuse it looked like a nice combined arms army. Basically, you needed 2-4 boxes of every unit and you are fine. But now... 24 terradons, 9 salamanders, 90 warriors... And I thought I almost finished collecting seraphon...

But thunderquake and heavy magic lists give me hope. Looking forward to them!

    Here's my kroxigors list
    Coalesced
    Thunder lizard

    Kroak
    Starseer
    Stegadon(bow) with cheif
    Skink
    Stegadon(bow)
    Stegadon (bow)
    Kroxigors x12
    Bound jaws
    TQTH(thunderquake temple-host)

This list is for T1 charge with the kroxigors nd the stegadons closely behind. The starseer makes the kroxigors get a 3d6 charge while the TQTH let's them have run nd charge nd with the stegadons running and shooting closely behind. With only 4 drops as well. Also maybe give kroxigors flying with kroak to go over front line.

Looking forward to seeing this thread develop. I'm really worried about TQ lists with no summoning... It's hurts my soul. It's going to be tough to screen your monsters and then still have enough bodies to hold objectives...

EOTG is secretly good IMO.2 more wounds than Chief Steggy and very similar melee profile. Also don't sleep on it in Fangs of Sotek. It can take the Command Trait that lets it use the Priest CA for free! Very good!

But I hope we can find some TQ verison that works. I do think if your meta is Tzeench and Slaneesh Bastis still have a role. PEW PEW. Have fun crafting lists!

I almost think there could be a list with 3xEoTG in Thunderlizard. All 14 wounds a piece. Sorry for double post!

Nice I like what you’re doing here!

I feel like the draconian hunting pack needs a unit of saurus guard to protect the slann because of high drops and terradon chief is only 70 points!

if they faq eotg that they can all roll on the chart (besides using a command point) it will probably become a thing! But only 1 engine can roll right now :(
