i thought that was in the 2017 faq.. i though the new aos2 rules changed that saying warscroll abilities override any rules and there is nothing mentioned in the 2018 faq about it again, also the warscrolls havent changed and are the original half damage not characteristic

That wasn't an FAQ, it was a warscroll change. I just checked the most recent one in the app and it says halve the damage characteristic. And it has been like that for quite some time.

Yeah that's a bit of a problem. The GW downloadable PDFs are still old in many cases. :(

I think it actually is in one of the Errata PDFs. I can't check right now though.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was printed somewhere. An Errata or FAQ.

I looked it up, it was in the Errata since ~1 week after GHB2017 release.

Yeah but nothing in 2018 eratta. And the new rules state warscrolls override all rules. Kroak was corrected in 2017 also but changed when aos2 came out then corrected again in the 2018 eratta. Nothing has been done for stonehorn since the 2017.
    Just putting it out there

No that is wrong. I just looked up the Battletome Beastclaw Raiders errata and it is right there.
And no it doesn't override any core rule as there is no rule about such things. The warscroll was revised and the current errata sheet (it says July 2018) says you should change the Stone Skeleton ability.
So while it is lazy that the downloadable warscroll wasn't changed, the warscroll together with its errata sheet makes clear how you are supposed to play it.

It is a completely different situation to Kroak, his warscroll wasn't touched at all during the whole AoS1, until very recently, the Rules of One (that started with the GHB2016 and are gone now) just took precedence over the rules on the warscroll.

Well I for one feel like the Seraphon are stronger than ever, I played against a 2000pt Beastclaw Raiders list that had totally floored me when I played against it a couple of years ago, back then I lost with about 400pts left on the table and he had maybe 1900pts. This time I wiped the floor with him, it probably helped that I rolled an 18 with my EotG but even without that, I would have decisively won in all likelihood. Being able to summon ripperdactyls with the EotG is insane, whose mad idea was that!? I don't know what the probability of rolling a 14-17 is when you have a slann nearby (I don't have the mathematical prowess to know how to calculate that) but having four dice to roll, I seem to get that sort of result fairly frequently, at least once or twice per game. And then summoning in general is awesome, spells are ok, and I suppose I should get to grips with the new realms stuff so I can exploit that but I basically ended up plugging all my spells into 18 points in the first two turns and then plugging another two spells to give me 24 points in the third turn and bam, another bastiladon or carnosaur. So powerful.

One quick question is, if I summon a unit, if I then use Lords of Space and Time to move that unit and roll a 5+, the rule says I can move that unit as normal. I'm tempted to say we can't move that unit after the teleportation, but I'd like to be clear on the definition of "as normal", does that mean as their warscroll says, or as normal in the situation they're in, i.e. they've been summoned so wouldn't usually be able to be moved. What do you folks think?

Units by the Slann aren't even there yet in the hero phase, so I assume your question is whether units summoned by the EotG can move if they are teleported with LoSaT rolling a 5-6.
    I interpret it his way:
If one or more rules say it cannot move, then it cannot move. So the LoSaT 5-6 doesn't allow units summoned by the EotG to move, in the same way that it doesn't allow an Astrolith Bearer with a planted Astrolith to move.

In all cases... I don't think I've seen a single warscroll be updated on their site.

It's somewhere around 30-ish % of the top of my head.

The Astrolith Bearer cant move after he planted it, but isnt it common to teleport him at the front after planted?
Did the most player a mistake?

You can teleport him with the planted Astrolith just fine.
I was just pointing out that even when LoSaT teleports him with a 5-6 which says he is allowed to move, that doesn't override the Astrolith rule which says he cannot move.

    that is correct.
i have thought about the exact wording.
the Bearer says, he cannot move, and the LoSaT says, instead of moving.
So the teleporting is actually a replacement for moving and should not count for something
    like a planted bearer.
    Or how does this work?

I think it works like this:
It is obviously a remove and set up again, and depending on the result it does affect the ability to move in the movement phase (1-4), or not (5-6).
So after planting the standard the Astrolith Bearer is marked as not being able to move. LoSaT teleports him, and while it would not restrict his movement on a 5-6 his movement is already restricted by planting the standard.
