Hello everyone. I just migrated from years of playing 40k and the Horus Heresy, and have been painting up a few test models to try out an idea I had. Hope you enjoy them. It's all very WIP at the moment, but constructive feedback is more than welcome.

I'm a fan of the bleached tones

The subdued blues works really well too.

One thing that looks a bit dull is the priest's feathers, they seem to lack some detail, though maybe you just haven't finished those yet.

Bleached Skinks on dark bases.... must be the 40k influence!

Assassin: I think you are right. I'll get back to them and try to paint on some textures on the feathers. Good catch!

Aginor: Hahah, yeah. I also really like the "Dark age of Sigmar" kind of aesthetic, and think that lizardmen/seraphon lore is really Lovecraftian, a theme I rarely see people bring into the painting and modelling side of things, so I thought I could try to emphasize those bits.

Some slow progress being made. Gonna get some higher quality pictures taken when I hit another benchmark and get closer to a playable army.
