@Just A Skink inspired me to put together this comparison, in case anyone every wants to use these minis for WHF/AOS:

The raptors are from Verge of War, part of their 'Seit Aggression Force' faction of grey-aliens who use attack dinosaurs as front line troops.

Really great quality resin models. Lots of tiny pieces, but they were pretty easy for me to put together. I decided to keep them on their round bases and plan to use them as random encounters for Jungleheim!

Good price too at $20 bucks. I want to say they are based out of Ukraine?

I think they would work great as alternate cold-ones as well. You would have to cut off some of the (excellent) back detail, but that wouldn't be too hard to do. They are a tad bigger than the normal cold-ones, but are much less derpy-looking.

They look a nice size and impressive sculpt for a Cold One.
The only downside I can spot at the minute is literaly a downside. There backs are pretty steep hanging over to the front. So any Knight on his back will probebly face the ground.
Don't you think?

Yes, that's one of my concerns too. Still they look more dynamic than the current cold ones. If you had a new set of knights, maybe you could lean them back a bit? Hmmm.

I agree. The miniatures do have a ton of pieces though, the legs are separate parts from the bodies, so it would be possible to lift the torso up a bit when gluing with a bit of work.

I think the saurus-cav models are a ball joint into the rider's legs? If possible I would also tilt the rider back to offset a bit too.

Great find @Warden !

There is a ball joint, but the spine spikes make it almost impossible to tilt the torso upwards. (It is more of a sideways adjustment)

Snip, snip. Shave, shave. Some of the spines are probably easier than others. I almost cut off some of the spines just cleaning the flash line.
