Skavenpelt banner conversion ideas

Hey, I've been thinking of incorporating a skavenpelt banner into my army(on the slaan), but i would like a nice conversion before bringing it to the tabletop. I'm completely dry on ideas. So here I am.

Maybe have a dig, there was a guy who the jaguar pelt recently maybe that can help.

If not maybe rat oger head, with a banner from the bloodletters box?
