Skink chief with cloak of feathers (no i don't have one)

Shouldn't be too much trouble doing one with 2 hand weapons... Given that the skink kit, stegadon kit and your average other lizardmen kits featuring skinks come with hand weapons for both the left and right hands. ^_^
