Help Skink Oracle to Skink priest with feathered cloak tips

Hey guys I have little Skink Oracle I got in the start collecting box, I use him as a Skink Priest with a feathered cloak I've never used or have green stuff to make a cloak like I've seen someone do here, but Im wondering is there any easier way people have done this?, is there another kit or model i could scavenge the cloak from

Cloak can be anyhting that "represent" feathers or flying abilities.
Some provide him wings from tyranid gargoyles or some undead bats (dark eldar maybe).
Also you can find feathered wings bits for a more aztec results.

Mine have a jet pack from Tau Empire army.
Because our lizards goes through space till the beginning of time, so why not.

The old model is still available on the GW website and you can finf it on ebay i guess.
Green stuff is an advance modelling technique and if you are not sure right now, don't try it.
I'm sure, some guys here got the right tuto for you.

Or you can still use it as it is, proxy... untill you find THE idea for him.
