AoS Skink priest and engine of the gods

Hey guys, just wondering does the skink priest on the engine of the gods act like a regular skink priest, thus able to cast its available magic and dispel magic, along side the engine of the gods doing its thing? I would appreciate if this could be clarified.

But does that include the skink priest that accompanies it.

Yes, the priest riding the engine of the gods is basically fluff. The warscroll itself contains both the engine (stegadon) and the skink priest so if it is not specifically stated on the eotg warscroll, it can't do it.

There are some warscrolls that say "a blah blah blah can be accompanied by a class blah blah into battle" ex: celestial hurricanum with mage. There is explicit text that tells you the difference on the warscroll.

Eotg does contain the skink priest and priest keywords which allows it to interact in some way with units benefiting or being hurt by those keywords. Ex: realmgate rerolls for units going through them when a priest is near
