    Yea and heres another one for you.

    Dont expect to channel a lot. Through 5 turns with 4priests and turn6 with 3 priests

    I channeled 3 dice in total.

    ..4 priests of lvl2 costs roughly 400 pts. Thats more than a well tooled slann...and not even counting that you need a scar vet for the BSB on top of thouse :p

    Its a bad idea. if they change magic in the next edition then maybe the 4clover will actually be worth their points...
    But im back to froggy, as I belong to a competetive environment.


    only cool thing about it is to put them in a skirmisher units and go for amberspears to the side.
    Also: miscasts that hits all in basecontact dosnt hit anything when you are in a skirmisher unit ;)

    Well I was going to drop them in to the skink skirmisher units, so at least that might work!

    Storm of Magic you want lots of Skink Priests though. Beasts and Heaven have great cataclysm spells and you'll want Skink Priests to garrison your fulcrums, replace fulcrum priests who are killed and claim fulcrums the Slann clear away. You do NOT want a Slann on a fulcrum because it means no TG, a near useless bonus ward save, and double potent miscasts.

    I have a confession Nex, I never played a SoM game in my life and have no idea what a fulcrum is :D

    the winner of the game controls the most arcane fulcrums which are like buildings that can only hold one model. Only wizards can occupy Arcane Fulcrums. So you need lots of wizards. For a variety of in-game factors, a Slann is great in Storm of Magic but not ideal for occupying a fulcrum.

    Therefore it's not unreasonable to have five or six wizards in your army. Outside of that, four Skink priests is kind of silly.
