I started building this today using the trog priest leftovers from my first box set + cold one. Will run this as a normal priest, just looks cooler than on foot. Baby trogs need their exercise, and time to bond with their future priest handlers ;)

Priest:

I cut the weapon off his hand, spliced in the banner piece in stead (drill out the hand a bit for better fit). Cut the excess clothing from underneath the torso.Using heat gun, push the left arm more center to line up with the old one shape. Reshape legs slightly, might do a tad more to achieve a flush fit.

Old one:

Removed facial reins/DE stuff that was on him. Added catfish feelers and blind him. Added tail splice, not sure how I like it yet. Added small head ridge. We'll just assume juvenile troglodons don't get their back fins until they grow up ;)

Have to add the main reins around the neck to the priests hands, and fix one side of the whiskers that got damaged. Tongue ended up looking funny, think my split got to aggressive. Will fix that too, might ditch all together and run the stock mouth configuration.

Love the idea! Really good job!

I really like the conversion of the baby trogledon. Can't wait to see it painted!

Funny idea. You even got the two-pronged tail right!

Wow great work looks awesome...echo echo
