My first model completed, behold Tlanextic Starseer. I like the grey blues of the priest but think that all the Skink warriors will be a brighter colour thinking a fiery orange.

He's just going to have to get by on sheer good looks alone. And colourful plumage.

I'm sure I have patented both of those assets, @Calypso.

If you get a chance to edit your post on a PC, I think you can copy / paste the images into the text box so they display at full size. From a tablet / ipad, it gets trickier - might need to use image hosting software like imageshack or photobucket.

I repainted the feathers like three times because I kept not getting enough of each colour on it it was awful. Solid pink, then I did really watered down purple layered over and over because I don't have an airbrush, then watered down khantor blue. Did speckling with the blue and loved it. Then I highlighted with pink and all of my speckles vanished.

Used watered down purple ink (We're talking a 1 part ink to 3 parts water) three times over them, then the pure ink for the dashes on the feathers.

I just like painting lines
