Help Skink to Slann conversion - anyone tried it?

I would love to have a lovable fat frog wizard, but I don’t like resin casts and it doesn’t look like they’re updating the old models anytime soon.

So I thought... is it possible to convert a pre-existing model into a slann? The idea came when I noticed that troglodon skink’s headdress is vaguely like Lord Kroak’s. Maybe the tail could be lopped off and greenstuff flab added, lip decorations from the troglodon ornaments, and a palanquin kitbashed from various bitz... does that sound doable or am I wayyy overestimating this idea? Has anyone done it?

Yeah if you are good with Greenstuff you can make your own Slann.
But it sure doesn't sound easy. I know I definitely could not pull that off.
